Welcome to Jerky Fixx. These terms cover your use of jerkyfixx.com and the orders you request through it. By using the site, you agree to them.
Who we are
Jerky Fixx is a family-run, small-batch carne seca and beef jerky business in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA.
Order requests
The website cart and forms send us an order request. There is no online payment. An order request is not binding on you or on us until the Jerky Fixx crew confirms it with you by text or email. We may decline or adjust a request, for example if an item is unavailable.
Pricing
Our current pricing is $7 for a small bag and $20 for a large bag. Prices may change, and the price confirmed with you when we follow up is the one that applies.
Availability
We make jerky in small batches and offer 25+ flavors. Flavors and quantities can run out, and some may be offered only at certain times or events.
Pickup, delivery and payment
After you send a request, we will reach out by text or email to arrange pickup or delivery and to confirm payment. We accept Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay or cash. Please make sure your contact details are correct so we can reach you.
Where to find us
We sell at pop ups, festivals (such as New Mexico Jerky Fest) and local events. Dates and locations can change, so check our social pages or ask us.
Food allergen notice
Please read before eating. Our products may contain or come into contact with soy, wheat/gluten, dairy (such as parmesan and ranch), corn (such as chips, Cheetos and Takis seasoning), and spices. Our jerky is made in a kitchen that is not allergen-free. If you have an allergy or dietary restriction, consult the ingredients and talk to us before you eat or buy.
Spicy product warning
Our X-Hot flavors are very hot. Start small, keep something cold nearby, and keep them away from kids and anyone sensitive to heat.
About the “addiction” jokes
Our brand uses playful language like “fixx” and “addiction.” It is humor about snack cravings only. It is not a statement about, and does not make light of, any real medical condition or substance.
Intellectual property
The Jerky Fixx name, logos, artwork, text, photos and site design belong to Jerky Fixx and its designers or are used with permission. Please do not copy, reuse or sell them without our written permission. You are welcome to share links to the site and our social posts.
Using the site
Please use the site honestly and lawfully. Do not send false information, try to break or overload the site, or use it to harass anyone.
Limitation of liability
We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but it is provided “as is” and we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Jerky Fixx is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using the site or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product at issue. Nothing here limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law, including for allergic reactions where you were not informed of an ingredient.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they were last changed. Using the site after an update means you accept it.
