What is Jerky Fixx?
Jerky Fixx (jerkyfixx.com) is a family run, small batch beef jerky and carne seca business in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We make 25 flavors, from New Mexico green and red chile to Hot Cheetos, Takis and Mango Habanero, and sell at pop ups, festivals and ball games around Albuquerque and Rio Rancho, plus door drop off.
Who owns Jerky Fixx?
Jerky Fixx is owned by husband and wife Joseph Garduno and Sabrina Penn Garduno and run with their family. Their daughter Aaliyah Garduno manages the website and writes the Fixx Blog.

Where can I buy jerky in Albuquerque?
Find Jerky Fixx at pop ups, festivals like New Mexico Jerky Fest at Isleta Resort & Casino, and local ball games. Check the dealer locator, or text us to order and arrange pickup.
Do you sell beef jerky in Rio Rancho?
Yes. We show up at Rio Rancho and Albuquerque ball games and pop ups all season. Message us for the next stop or to order ahead.
What is your spiciest jerky?
X-Hot Green is our hottest green chile, and Hot Mamma Cheeto and X-Hot Green Chili Lime Salt bring serious heat too. Hot Cheetos, Takis and Mango Habanero bring snack style heat.
Do you have Hot Cheeto jerky?
We do. Hot Cheetos and Hot Cheeto Pickle are crowd favorites, along with Takis and Tajin Limon.
Is carne seca the same as jerky?
Both are dried, seasoned beef. Carne seca is the traditional New Mexico name. Ours is small batch and chile forward, with fun snack inspired flavors.
How much is a bag, and how do I pay?
Small bags are $7 and large bags are $20. Pay with Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay or cash. Jerky makes a great New Mexico gift.
How do I order jerky?
Add flavors to your cart from the jerky menu and check out, or use the order form. You can also text or call 505-922-5683 or 505-364-0678, or email jerkyfixx@gmail.com.
Do you deliver?
Yes. After you send an order we text you to confirm, then your dealer drops it at your door and sends a photo once it is delivered. We serve Albuquerque and Rio Rancho.
Can I pay online?
No payment is taken on the website. We text you to confirm your order and take payment by Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay or cash.
What allergens are in your jerky?
All of our jerky contains beef. Some flavors contain dairy, soy, wheat or corn. If you have an allergy, ask us about a specific flavor before you order.
