Jerky Fixx is a family operation out of Albuquerque, run by Joseph Garduno and Sabrina Penn Garduno and their kids. Every batch gets cut, seasoned and dried by the same crew you'll find behind the table at pop ups, festivals and a whole lot of softball games.

We started making carne seca for the people we love, and the people we love kept asking for more. Now there are 25 flavors and a lot of folks around the 505 who can't quit.

The people behind the bags

Meet the Fixx Family

Jerky Fixx is owned by husband and wife Joseph Garduno and Sabrina Penn Garduno, and run with their kids. The same crew cuts, seasons and dries every batch, then posts up behind the table at pop ups, festivals and a whole lot of softball games around Albuquerque and Rio Rancho.
